The Truth About Justice
Justice is often confusing and deceiving term. It is always true that we all seek justice, but do we
know what it takes to achieve it.
Judges are paid to weigh and consider the Law.
Juries are convened to determine the facts in a case.
When Facts are compiled, it is usually by only by one side of the dispute, the prosecution.
Law enforcement is there to convict you as the accused, not assist you – and not to gather the facts.
In order to make a fair assessment of any situation all facts from both sides must be presented.
But most often only the facts of the prosecution is presented to the Judge or the jury.
Your story other side, which is termed “the defense,” and consists of your side of the story,
verified by various types of people, some may be friends or acquaintances but the most advantageous
facts will be gathered by a small group of PROFESSIONALS we call PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS, DETECTIVES,
PARALEGALS, HANDWRITING ANALIZERS, ATTORNEYS and so on, these are the people who make a difference
between true justice and blind justice.
Only when BOTH sides of an issue are put forth is it possible to rightfully judge a situation.
Many people do not understand that they have many Constitutionally secured rights as an “accused”
to professionally present YOUR side of the story and in order to properly present your “defense”
you have the right to hire professionals to aid you in defending your innocence.
THE TRUTH ABOUT JUSTICE is that one day, with the assistance of PROFESSIONALS who aggressively
assist in the accused’s behalf, we may once again gain the trust in the justice system we all seek.
We, at AFP, Inc. are proud to be counted among such professionals who force the judicial system to
adhere to the high ideals of equal justice we, the People, aspire to.
If you are innocent of the charges that have been made against you, we, at AFP, Inc. would be proud
to be of assistance to you. There are too many innocent people residing in our penal system that
have been convicted of charges they did not commit. It is up to all who demand justice, to make this
change.
If you are one who has been charged with a crime you did not commit, JUSTICE is what you seek.
Should you seek a plea bargain due to the threats of the prosecution claiming evidence,
when in most cases it is frivolous, then you have wronged yourself.
Any time you have been charged with crimes and you are innocent of,
ALWAYS take your case to trial,
get a group of PROFESSIONALS as described above,
then insist that they prove their case in front of a jury of your peers.
If enough cases are taken to trial, it will force our justice system to re-evaluate erroneous charging.
